Delivery Information

• All products are delivered digitally via download link or direct communication
• For custom orders, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on workload and design complexity
• Orders will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

Shipping to Ireland

Digital products are available to customers in Ireland and throughout the UK.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been processed
• If you believe there is an error or issue with your file, please contact me at matt@proformdesigns.co.uk and I will do my best to resolve it
